OK work for a younger person - Warehouse Operative AME Systems Employee Review

Rules for operation seem to change without the knowledge of people who have to abide by them, and certainly without their consultation. Very top-down company. Pay is embarrassingly low. Management take no advice from the floor. Constantly under-staffed and the staff they do have work there for less than 5 years leading to many people not fully understanding what they need to be doing. Virtually no qualification growth at AME. Bonus dependent on you not getting sick.
