Chaotic and haphazard - Non Clinical AMITA Health Employee Review

Safety protocols are haphazard, security guards have no concept of de-escalating situations. Some nurses goad psych patients, some staff is rather curt with patients. Management is rather neoptist--their favorites get away with anything including wearing very inappropriate things to work or even smart off to medical staff and patients. You are penalized for being sent home by doctors when you come to work sick because you're afraid of the wrath of supervisors. Supervisors don't actually supervise and are never there when you have questions.
