      You get to meet everyone and feels like family

      Restructuring and new management. A lot of budget cuts. Some units are closing as they are not seen as productive.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
