      Pros

      Convenient location if living in the northwest suburbs.

      Cons

      Nobody cares about what they’re doing. Nurses do whatever they want and blame all support departments for the problems they create. You mention it to department managers and nothing gets done at all.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
