      No support structure HR is overwhelmed and not supportive Due to multiple merges and acquisitions all systems and communication channels are not functional and cannot be cross referenced.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
