Pros
Wonderful staff and coworkers. Extremely easy to get along with coworkers which makes 12-13 hour days bearable. Very friendly. Coworkers feel like family and always have your back. Managers are good you can always talk to them. The employees and environment are the main positive to working here.
Cons
Horrible pay for the amount of work you do. Over worked and understaffed too much of the time. Easy to get burnt out VERY quickly. Constantly asked to do more and never recognized that you already do an insane amount of work. Under paid no matter how good you are at your job! RNs are praised PCTs are nothing. Too much work with too little help or recognition or compensation. Exhausting.
