      Nice staff Good teamwork Only good thing is people who work there

      Cons

      Very high acuity patients Sometimes only 4 nurses for 30 patients!! Sometimes no CNA at all Pay is not competitive Not enough bonus for extra shifts

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
