30 seconds between calls definitely doesn't feel like enough at times, incredibly draining work with little thanks most of the time, daily learning modules were usually easy to complete quickly but often felt like busy work, when layoffs happened it felt incredibly impersonal just a mystery "meeting" added to the calendar - no questions answered; and then within minutes following the call to announce these layoffs myself and over hundreds of others (some of whom weren't even on the clock at the time) were all locked out of our work computers
