Everything- You are overworked and underpaid. Your day consists of mainly having meetings about a meeting you already had, followed by redundant e mails about the previous meetings you just had. Management is a disaster and lost cause. Putting a bandaid on a bullet wound due to high turnover solves nothing. It creates more problems. They tell you when you're there that you have to be able to adapt to change and how quickly the business moves, what they mean by that is it is a constant revolving door of employees and making quick fixes to fill gaps and either suck it up and deal with it or move on. If you are willing to sell your soul and suck up to leadership/ drink the koolaid you may have the opportunity to move up. Management does not support the staff at all. You are expected to keep your head down and not speak up. It's a lot of playing of favorites, what one employee can get away with others get reprimanded for it. Total bonus to the employees who are related to someone in management or senior leadership as they can pretty much do as they please. When you attempt to go above direct management regarding issues whether that be a senior leader, or HR you are immediately brushed off, or if addressed forget any type of confidentiality or anonymity which results in a retaliation. You are worked like a dog and will not receive any support or help and are severely underpaid. Forget taking a break, in order to even try and and attempt to complete your work you are expected to work through them. The bad mouthing of management about other leaders or employees and inappropriate conversations of management had is unreal. Its like high school.
