Leadership is passive, disconnected and out of touch. Real issues are not addressed. Bandaid fixes only. Empty promises. Lack of vision and make regretable changes without fully researching.
At least under Susan Salka as CEO we all felt appreciated and rallied for her and for the mission. The current CEO, Cary Grace, is ruthless and clearly only cares about the bottom line. There have been 2 major layoffs this year and both were handled very poorly by leadership, one right before the holidays with no concern for employees well being and families. Very cut-throat. This company has lost trust of most of their employees and feels like a sinking ship, yet they keep hiring executives and laying off people who are actually in the trenches and amazing at their jobs. It is very disappointing to see. Granted the need is on the decline there is a humane way to treat your employees. There used to be growth opportunities but that is no longer the case
