Pros

Remote first company The coworkers are great and everyone is pretty nice Overall it's a good experience and resume builder, but given the lack of growth opportunities, most people don't stay long.

Cons

- It's a typical agency where you are overworked and underpaid. Burnout is almost guaranteed. - There are no growth opportunities or raises. Be sure you are happy with your starting salary because you won't have a chance at getting raises or any compensation changes. - Lack of promotions/raises are leading to a high turnover rate and the roles are not being replaced. - Benefits are okay/standard, they aren't great by any means but they could be worse.

Pros

work from anywhere travel for client meetings and events work with big name brands smart, competent coworkers

Cons

long hours, late nights and weekends expected low pay compared to market rate multiple reorgs and layoffs over the last few years create instability within and across teams understaffing of high-demand accounts office politics in a remote workplace limits opportunities unless you're friends with the right people. if not "in" with the right crowd, your career at this agency will be stunted.
