      - Working with certain co-workers who no longer work at AMP - Having the chance to work with a huge tech company

      - Childish management and leadership - Toxic environment - They only have one client that makes up 95% of their revenue - Place people in roles with no experience and wonders why the company isn't doing great - Taking away benefits due to financial struggle - Blames everything on the current economic forecast even though other companies who offer the same are thriving right now - Fired people who did work and kept people who talked their way through things

      Pros

      AMP Creative is a fast-growing company that prioritizes its team as much as it does its growth. Resources are made available to facilitate the success and well-being of all team members and genuine support is always a chat or call away. The company invests in its people and allows time and space for them to grow in their current roles and career goals.

      Cons

      With rapid growth come growing pains, the most evident being communication issues across departments. Despite this hurdle, there is progress being made to alleviate the situation.
