Pros
Good development opportunities, they have a dedicated platform that you can do courses on and managers are happy for you to take on additional responsibilities to help develop your skills. Colleagues are super helpful, always felt supported. They had great diversity seminars that let you hear the real life stories of other people rather than some basic "click and watch this video" training. Benefits are helpful, I utilised the Private Medical Insurance and the Dental Insurance and it really helped mitigate the costs.
Cons
Salary isn't great, it can be hard to feel appreciated by the company. Some initiatives can be a bit tone deaf, such as having a points platform to address cost of living crisis rather than raising wages to align with inflation which caused upset among employees. Job security was bad, there were many waves of redundancies that hit the lowest paid employees first.
