Pros
AND don't lie when they say that they are a people first company, they very much care about their employees. The variety and quality of the client portfolio is also pretty good. The offices across the north & in London are all modern, generally well equipped and in nice locations. There are many opportunities to learn about various different tech stacks and try out different things. The social aspect of the job is also very good if you're into that kind of thing.
Cons
As with any professional services company there are times when there is no client work. In my opinion this time is never well managed by anyone who has the unfortunate task of leading it. Flexible working isn't really much of a thing which is a shame. Salary and benefits are ok but by no means market leading.
