      Pros

      I have been with ANP for a year now and I do enjoy it. Flexible schedule. Variety of work. Weekly pay via PayPal is convenient.

      Cons

      Weekly pay via PayPal is never on-time. So far in 2019, I haven't been paid on the day I invoice yet, they are behind. In 2018, the attention to paying contractors was better and I was generally paid within two hours of invoicing.

      Pros

      ANP has made some recent changes in management which has resulted in positive changes within the company. Payment is now being made every 30 days. There were delays on payment in the past but I was always paid. The company is moving in a direction that will promote growth. The pay is very competitive with other companies. I am a contract employee do I can work the hours I choose.

      Cons

      Audio can be challenging at times with diverse accents and multiple speakers but this is just a small portion of the work. The majority of the work is fairly easy to transcribe.
