Cons
Uncompetitive package. Lowest salary around for consulting staff, least number of holidays they can give you, box ticking pension scheme, no private health, 16p per mile fuel allowance, draconian expenses policy, no bonus scheme for consultants. Every penny watched like a hawk. Limited training, you're just expected to learn as you go and if you dare complain about that, you get made out to be some sort of spoiled brat. Some office "banter" crosses the line. High staff turnover.
