      Pros

      Im incredibly proud to be a part of the team. We are driven, set ambitious goals, and everybody is incredibly high spirited and motivated. My colleagues are world-class, great human beings and make the prosect of going to an office everyday wonderful. We have an incredible leadership team with some of the most intelligent individuals who are caring, direct and highly competant. The young energy of the company is far away from corportate hell, and we're really looking to make massive changes in the market.

      Cons

      We've done a lot in the robotics space, but we need to push harder and faster when it comes to things like product development, however it does already feel like we're pushing to an organisational maximum.

      Pros

      - great product to work with, with high demand on the market - cool brands as customers - competitive salary for a startup

      Cons

      - poor leadership training for the middle and upper management - a CEO culture - it seems that nobody can advance projects without his approval - not ready to scale as teams get stuck in unnecessary approval processes - as an individual contributor, it seems that you are not trusted to do your work, there's a lot of micromanagement in some teams - lack of diversity: management is mostly Swiss white male, very few women in the company
