Non-commission based approach to compensation that's different from most other insurance jobs-- steady salary without the dreaded commission breath.

Non-commission based approach to compensation that's different from most other insurance jobs-- meaning going above and beyond monthly quotas is not consistently reinforced with bonuses or incentive rewards. Feeds those who like getting by on the bare minimum, starves those who drive to excel.
