Worst company ever - Sales AOTMP Employee Review

Great team that helped me learn new tools. Integrated me into the company culture by having the interns participate in team-building activities.

I noticed there was a high turn over of employees while I was working there.

The concept behind this company has potential and could be effective and beneficial with the right leadership at the very top.

I was honestly surprised to see that this company is still in business. They invested heavily in building out a new office space, but it seems they are no longer there. Over the years, they have hired many talented individuals, but I’ve witnessed the owners belittle and mislead more people than I can count. The company is run by a married couple. To be fair, I don’t think she’s as problematic, but it seems she avoids confronting him so she doesn't have to deal with the same issues at home that the rest of us had to deal with in the office. Please be cautious and take these reviews seriously. Don’t leave your current position for the promises they sell you—it’s not worth the risk.
