      Overworked and underpaid. They offer no benefits. The owners don’t care about their employees only care about how much money goes into their pocket.

      -Can work on diverse projects -Some decent people

      Cons

      -Zero benefits, no 401k match until one year of employment -Fair amount of turnover -Computers work properly about 3/4 of the time -Too much work not enough workers -Frequent miscommunication -Abuse of salaried employees
