      Pros

      Friendly staff throughout. Patients truly do appreciate you if you take the time to care for them. Employee discount on cosmetic services. Will foster growth if you express the desire to grow

      Cons

      Management has been unsteady. Chain of command is a little misinterpreted. Constant turn over with GAP program and sometimes staff overall.
