      Pay is pretty decent, and is weekly

      Cons

      Only care about numbers but don’t provide the basic tools or training to be able to hit those numbers, they fire people constantly so they don’t have to pay them out for their bonus every April, supervisors are a joke, they disrespect you and talk down to you
