      very very very bad work life balance. management always gaslights you to say yes to work no matter how tired you are by saying things like “no choice”. very toxic. dead end career.

      Can do OT, flexible working hours except when youre on standby

      Cons

      Standby duties can be quite taxing - having to work from morning till night due to lack of manpower
