Some really lovely and genuine people in the company, shame it is overshadowed by terrible and inexperienced middle management. A nice brand new office Work from home

Toxic Work culture where if you speak up you are then forced out of your job. Culture to stay quiet and just accept the way things have always been done. Poor middle management with a lack of experience managing people, specifically in certain product teams. Lack of support and training Terrible systems that make it difficult to do your job Teams work in silos so there is terrible communication between teams. If you have personal things going on, expect little to no support / lack of empathy.
