Laidback environment with cool people

Billing and payment structure was tough

Great environment to work in. Plenty of help around the office if questions arise or another set of eyes are needed. Flexibility in schedule and pay is equal or better than other contract jobs I've taken. Diverse group with a lot of projects makes it a good opportunity to develop or hone your landwork skills.

Nothing major. Contractor work can have high turnover so that occasionally it may be necessary to pick up slack after a departure, but the additional workload is nearly always manageable and taken on a volunteer basis.
