Owner and product is getting old, management is confused, sales continue to slump - Engineer AR RF/ Microwave Instrumentation Employee Review

- My manager is a great guy and lets me manage myself. He always praises me for the great work I do here. - The company offers benefits although it's only a high-deductible plan. - You are automatically included in the company's profit-sharing plan. - They automatically enroll you in their 401k program. - If you use your personal cell phone for work, they reimburse you a set amount towards your phone bill every month or every three months (whichever you prefer).

- Employees don't get a set amount of PTO per year. PTO accrues each pay period, and it takes a very long time to have enough PTO to take off for a week or two. - Bereavement time is not offered. A family member of mine passed away and I had to use my accrued PTO in order to go to his funeral service.

OK benefits, alot of parking, nice cafeteria, good lower management. Its ok if your looking for a quick job.

They don't seem to communicate anything with there employees. Management has a hard time doing there own jobs. Very poor management. They can't make a decision and stick with it. No opportunity for growth unless related to management. Management lies alot. Your not told you make mistakes until review time. There raises are very poor. And there reviews are even poorer. Not a good career building company.
