11yThe quality of ARBA software products has been validated by two prestigious awards: "The best of 2014 Naperville" in 'Software' category, and CIO Review’s “Top-10 POS software companies” of 2014. We were awarded “Best of Downers Grove” for four consecutive years, and our customers continue to expand their usage of our system into new areas and locations of their businesses, and upgrade to our current version of software.
Best of Naperville: Each year, in and around the Naperville area, the Naperville Award Program chooses only the best local businesses. The companies chosen exemplify the best of small business; often leading through customer service and community involvement.
CIOReview: Each year CIOReview, headquartered in US with owned subsidiaries worldwide, showcases the most promising companies by segment, and this year the choice was retail. ARBA Retail Systems was selected in the top 10 list in June for our technology, product architecture, scalability, and the company's 5 year roadmap. CIOReview also evaluated how well the technology will do in the future, and how quickly we can align to product, operating system and technology changes of the future.
Customer service and satisfaction is taken very seriously at ARBA Retail System. We go the extra mile to fulfill all commitments and deliverables promised to our customers, and our implementation approach leverages best practices and solid project management methodologies to ensure predictable results. Contingency plans are put in motion when unexpected situations arise, ensuring that installations are completed as promised and to our customers' satisfaction. We value our customers, and continue to grow as new customers select and deploy our system in their Foodservice and Retail environments.
ARBA has a much lower employee turnover/attrition rate than the industry average. We maintain strong relationships with our former employees, who have on occasion been involved in supporting issues with our legacy system as we continue to migrate customers to our new system. We encourage our employees to work as a collaborative team, and seek the help of co-workers and the management team when assignments or tasks are taking longer than estimated.
We reimburse travel expenses in a timely manner for actual expenses incurred, according to IRS guidelines. Unauthorized expenses are not reimbursed by the company, or by our clients.
