New building and new machinery, good machinists, clean environment, nice break/rest room, periodic bonuses. Human Resources “tries” to make a difference.
Cons
No training, no communication, short sighted, promises made and fell through, no engineering sense whatsoever, management is a joke, rampant drug use.
