      Works with schedule when need time off or need to be late

      Cons

      No pay raises. No bonuses. No paid time off. Managers are the sons of the owner and do not help employees when it gets busy. Owner is nice but never in the office. Complaints and concerns are ignored

      Pay is ok. Co-workers make this company tolerable but they're all burned out. So am I.

      Feel like a number most days. Wish more appreciation was given by leadership.
