Pros
The products preform well and are some of the best in the industry.
Cons
Imagine having premium products to sell with a a management team that throws up every road block to be able to adapt to the pricing and needs of your marketplace. Products are over priced, management is close minded, and you will be in a constant state of reaction to the marketplace. There is nothing proactive about this company. If you would like to have a sales job that promotes laziness, lack of innovation, and no desire to succeed, this is your new home. Also, your paycheck is a constant moving target. If you figure out how to make a little money, they will figure how to change that. Not to mention, the WORST compensation package in the industry in relation to expense account for customer entertainment (non-existent) and vehicle cost (you WILL pay to go to work!).
