There were excellent benefits and above average pay. While there was considerable travel the company was very good to it's employees. Small company with a "family" feel to it. Employees had a wide and diverse background. High education level of 90 percent of employees but everyone was on a first name basis. Employees are highly valued by management. Everyone was treated fairly.
