Pros
I love the environment - it's a bigger office than I've experienced before, but everyone is extremely welcoming and genuine. The work itself is challenging, but not unreasonable, and I have never experienced any negative feedback when asking questions or how to do a certain task. There is frequent company training available, and you don't really ever get bored once you get into the swing of things.
Cons
There is currently no structured training program (at least for my position), so it was a bit difficult to actually get into the swing of things. It was pretty overwhelming at first, to say the least. There is so much to learn and know, especially first starting out, that it's a bit intimidating and for a while I felt as though I'd never really "get it".
