The company tries to be honest and up front. They do care about their employees. They pay very good and the company benefits are great. The company tries to be up front on the type of job and how the work schedule will be. They do their best to provide the employees with clothing and a great 401K plan. They are currently trying to set up training for school credit and also to help the employee if they want to go back to college. They will pay 100% of the tuition.
