Pros
- 1 hour lunch - A few employees are nice and try to help you - Those are the only pros I can think of
Cons
- Most of the employees and supervisors bad mouth each other - The pay is about 24,000$ a year about 850 bi weekly after taxes and they always mess up your pay - This company tries every way not to pay you - No proper training - No advancement/promotion - The commission structure is a joke ( you have to throw a ball into a cup 10 feet away to win 5-10$ with 1 attempt) pretty much no commission - Office atmosphere is dull - You get vacation (2 weeks) after working a year here; most companies give you vacation (2 weeks) after 3 months) - You get benefits after 6 months - Supervisors bad mouth you, they are usually stressed and take that out on you - This job takes about 1/3 of your day - They try to hire people who are over qualified, not sure why you'd want to waste someones potential on this company - Not a company you can grow with - Not organized - Systems are confusing and outdated - Constant change in rules and how things are done - Unethical practices; overcharging customers, finding any way to make money of a customer - Employees and supervisors gossip behind each others back and it's sickening to hear what they say about each other, its so harsh sometimes. - Policies always change and not everyone hears about it so there's always confusion - They expect so much commitment and loyalty from you but pay you entry level salary - You don't get constant feedback My advice is if you've graduated from post-secondary or your looking for a company to grow with......... DON'T bother working here. If your looking to work for a few months or short-term apply here.
