Good pay. Great office space. Ability to contribute and have those contributions recognized.
Cons
Oh boy. Should be titled DISARRAY. Principal is either clueless to or turns a blind eye to the harm done by the top executive. That exec. doesn't micromanage, they subatomic particle-manage to the most ludicrous degree. So many talented, miserable people on staff (who tried to warn me when I came aboard). High turnover is unsurprising.
