Pros
You will learn a lot by working here if you force yourself to get in the "in crowd". Regular work hours depending on the season. Pay is okay if you know how to negotiate. Great products.
Cons
Management has no clue what's it's doing. Managers don't know how to manage staff. It's a free for all. They don't take advice from staff so well. They say there is an open door policy (it's a joke). Marketing is so behind it's stuck in the 90's, and has no structure. They're losing good people to keep the wrong people. Having two "corporate offices" one in Burbank and New York. People between those offices can't even get along and they're so far apart. New York wants to run the whole show and Burbank let's it happen even though the top management team is in Burbank. Operations team is a huge joke. They don't operate unless they get to fire someone. Huge morale issue and there is no culture. They need to take notes from Reed Hastings!
