Good company for remote working - .NET Developer ARSTEG Solutions Employee Review

I am going to complete 3 years in this company. I believe it is a long time to understand the things that are going on around you. 1. A good company culture where you feel valued and appreciated for your work. 2. Great place to learn new technologies and you will get proper time to explore it. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Knowledgable leaders who are always ready to help you if you stuck somewhere while doing work or exploring any new technologies. 5. A friendly and positive working environment that encourages creative “outside the box” thinking. 6. Company gives a performance bonus to the employes.

Sometimes a mess is created to handle or exploring multiple things together.

they hire you and fire you in 10 to 15 day period thought of owner is worker should work 15hrs every day if you are not working 12 to 15 hrs means your are not doing well then he will fire you owner is project manager he does not know how to manage the project. they are getting projects from a freelance websites. if project is no then your job is gone date of joining there is no intro anything as such just without training they will assign the project to and you will liable to do project without knowing anything. if you will asked the manager then you will fire from the company and they do not know what is document so please do not come into the trap of the amount paid if you don't any option then you can think to join for very short time .
