Pros
the first years of Art logics were tough, employees suffered from harsh situations.
- low and late salary
- relentless pressure
- understaffing
however, company started to stabilize 6 months ago, the work environment is much more enjoyable. Here is my review if the environment remains in this current state.
- If you are involved in your work and you wish to make Art logics moving forward, management has the willing to give a good salary (if you ask).
- Management gives you trust, freedom and responsabilities but they expect from you results.
- Work atmosphere is very nice and friendly. Most of employees are "junior", and most of them have the willing to learn and to help each other.
- To have a direct contact with customers.
- To have a large diversities of tasks.
- To work on very nice and innovating products.
- To work with different departments to complete a project.
- To work with an international team.
Cons
- company's size is still small, it may be hard to get promoted.
