Pros
Sponsor H1b for international employee
Cons
- They keep you all year busy with no end in sight while being paid with the worst starting salary with laughable bonuses. Both offices have extremely high turnover as no one feels like they are being treated or paid fairly for the amount of the work they have to do. - Several manager/supervisor are rude and condescending, which ruins everything. They pressure you to always be perfect. There is no appreciation for hard work. - Since the firm does not pay overtime, they sacrifice work efficiency by saving every penny on the software and appliances. Things are very outdated in certain aspects of the company. For example, the excel is having a title with "not for commercial use". For reconciliation, you are expected to hand write/use tape printed from calculator to stick on the workpaper as the PDF is the cheapest version without having a calculator generating tape in the software... If you would like to move to other medium or large tier of firm to advance your career, you will be struggling with the process as there are not much places using paper workpaper..
