Pros
Mostly fun engineers to work with. Decent pay and remote work.
Cons
Many layoffs and reorganizations throughout the time I worked there. This creates more work for those who remain. Stock price has been tanking so staff engineers get laid off and replaced with cheaper contractors. Also, career advancement is not an option here as it's a relatively flat organizational structure.
