Pros

Healthy water to drink everyday Managers are nice enough because they need to keep you around Free Leads! (explained below) Memorise a script and read it - your job With a partner when you start out

Cons

- PLEASE do yourself a favour and READ ALL reviews.. ASAP constantly ask managers and new hires to write a positive review on here to drown out the real reviews from people.. unfortunately it's a numbers game for them because the turnover rate is VERY, VERY HIGH. - People are sent scratch cards indicating they have won something BUT to claim their prize they have to listen to the 1h 30 mins - 3 hours presentation - your job. They just want the prize and want you to leave. - This is a commission job, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO QUIT, this job is not for everyone. - You wait up to 1-3 hours everyday just waiting for management to get you an appointment. - You must call managers after your presentation telling him you got the sale OR not.. then the manager tries to lower the price, telling the customer they're getting a 1 time special deal.. thanksgiving, easter, spring, summer, fall, winter sale.. you name it. If the customer still wants to think about it, you have to call your manager back to have him lower it again and again. For example: All customers, while some are pleasant, eventually just want you to leave while they think about it. Despite intruding on customers at late hours, ive started a presentation at 8:40 pm and stayed at a customers house until 11:30 pm.. the customer's wife already put their children to bed and the manager STILL wanted me to stay. He said "You're not afraid of getting kicked out of a house are you? Lower the price to $xxxx and TRY AGAIN! Don't call me back unless you've got the sale" - Even though the machine is well over $5000 you are taught to steer customers into their ~Easy Budget Payment~ This payment increases the price quite significantly and quite honestly I have felt bad selling this to people living paycheck to paycheck. - Clients by law, have up to 10 days to cancel the agreement and ask for a FULL refund. You are taught to lie to customers and tell them they cannot, I have been called a LIAR and a CHEATER and an EVIL person by customers who changed their mind the next day and want a refund. - If a customer changes his/her mind, you must go back to the house and try to convince them otherwise and calm them down so they dont take legal action.

Pros

- You will feel very welcome there - Good training - If you're into sales you can really learn a lot - Paid weekly - If you can actually sell, you'll make the money they promise

Cons

- The managers over hype the company and themselves. They'll tell you fantastic things to make you stay long enough to practice your tests on friends and family. - They told my group that customers that we were to present to were interested in the product, and contacted them. When in reality people were given scratch cards and only called for the presentation because they had to in order to get the prize. - You spend most of your day not being paid waiting in your car for a manager to call you to give you a house - You will NOT be paid for gas. You need to present to 15 houses to be considered for a partial reimbursement. The problem is, you'll never ever reach that number. Like earlier mentioned you'll be sitting in your car the whole day, and will only be able to do 2 presentations MAX a day unless you work till 11 or later. - You get paid per presentation. So even though you're out from 1-9, you only get paid for the 2 presentations you do. A presentation is around $18. So for an at minimum 8 hour day you make just over $36 dollars. - You'll be called a crook, scam artist, and get kicked out of houses. But to be fair this is of essence in being in sales. NB: They are always hiring because everyone quits.

We hire self employed consultants. 99% of the time, if one is self employed, you are most likely 100% commission. The company compensates per demo with or without sale plus bonuses. Our representatives get paid every Monday no matter what. The contract the we get people to sign is as simple and honest as it could be. We have people that's been working here for years. The only people that quit are the ones that didn't even give themselves a real chance to succeed.

Pros

I have been working for this company for 3 and half years now and I've been here since it first opened. I have never had a problem with this company because I come here to work and put in work, that's the point in JOBS, Asap Water has taught me to work hard, never give up and to always be a team player. I get paid on time and every single time since I've worked here and I also get benefits which was promised to me and I defiantly get them. If I ask for days off they allow me to as long as I'm telling them ahead of time and not on the day of because that's just so unprofessional. The Ceo of the company is so sweet and cares about every single employees needs as long as you're working. The managers actually care about you emotionally not many work places care about your personal life and they're understanding to a point. Mind you this company is up and running till this day and I've had a great time since I applied for a job here. If you're like me a person who actually WORKS and wants to earn money this job is for you. Get to know us!

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about this company because this company is 100%. Get to Know us! All the negative reviews are because of people not taking the time to put in work so therefore you don't make money. Nothing in life is for free you got to work so put in the work because were still up and running and they're still out looking for jobs.
