Pros
nice people to work with generally, decent staff benefits loadsa community stuff and staff discount.
Cons
cut backs mean cut backs. leavers not replaced as much, things like staff canteen are being taken away, less opportunity to become a manager as department managers role are being phased out into sections leaders which are less paid. hours can be erratic from little to lots which can be unreliable when on low hour contracts which is generally the case.
