The store manager is disrespectful and if they have an issue with you they will "work" you out the company. The only time things are done correctly and the store looks presentable is when there is a big visit. Occupational health recommendations get ignored for weeks and then adjustments may be made if they can be bothered. Poor communication. Inexperienced management team it's definitely a place of who you know not what you know. Pharmacy training left to colleagues so new starters will not know the legality of pharmacy. Store manager wants yes people if you question anything whether it be dangerous or not allowed they will shun you. Colleagues not able to take holidays as the store can't run without them. Won't replace colleagues that have left just expect the gaps to be filled within,but when they do hire the new colleagues are interviewed by someone who has never set foot in pharmacy and does not know the process.
