Pros
the only pros i can think of are if the vans didnt go out late all the time it could well be a better place to work, as the section leaders who only seem todo picking and thats it wont help you out if you need a hand on the road due to the late running of vans
Cons
if things are not going there way they can be rude shout and god knows what else to there staff, expect there drivers to work ridiculous hours, i see a driver last week take out 11 deliveries in the mroning then come back and do another 15, then another 15 in the night! im sure that must be some sort of law to that! im ok as i do click and collect but i see it as a bit unfair to the drivers in general what they have to do, i was shouted at last week myself by a section leader so not happy at all, what will be done about this nothing!!!! think this should be looked into by somebody higher up in asda and see how they run it this is pointed at Burgh Heath KT20 5NZ branch, i cant really speak about other branchs but im sure its the same
