"WAS" a nice family run business. Majority friendly staff and cooperative

Lack of career progression, overlooked, bringing external people Low salaries with higher workload and demand No training given, only those "clicky employees" given any formal training - having to sort training\knowledge out of own pocket Change ownership, no support, loss of team culture, too many external contractors given too much access taking over established personnel

Honestly, nothing anymore. It used to be good.

Bad Management No progression Constant redundancies and people being fired on the spot Illegal work conditions No work/life balance Place is going downhill No Support for Team Leads
