Higher salary than market average when I was an employee. They now take it down to average.
Cons
- Management likes to micro-manage
- Little to no career advancement, unless if you're an EU staff
- No formal performance nor salary review
- No annual medical check-up according to social security law
- Lack of law abiding procedures when it comes to treating employees, so employees can be dismissed with no severance pay
- Internal code of conduct doesn't apply to every department, with no explanation from management
