Pros
Some nice people to work with. Not too bad of benefits. They used what little profits we were making and created a lounge area for employee unwinding. Also, the reception area is now so pretty. Of course, there is no receptionist there because we cannot afford to pay one.
Cons
No pensions or profit sharing.
Has ALWAYS been one of the lowered pay in the area. Most of us have part time jobs elsewhere so we can survive.
Very low technology in a high tech world. Management are frantically trying to catch up but have too many old timers that make the decisions.
People are continually disappearing. I believe we have shrunk from 75 employees down to about 35 now. Most of us think today will be our last day.
The Cedar Falls office is thought of as the Red-headed Stepchild from the main Philly office and us Iowans are a bunch of hicks.
The main office in Philly is dying a slow death, and it is only a matter of time everyone especially Cedar Falls will be out of a job.
The old timers here are praying daily that they will survive cuts so they can retire from here.
Sales department is dishonest and will say and do anything for a sale, and then someone else cleans up the mess.
