Company truly values each individual. No large disconnect between senior leadership and other employees. Great company culture and regularly scheduled engagement events. Work-life balance is perfect.
Cons
The compensation/benefits plan pricing is a little on the high side in comparison to other companies. Plenty of plan options to choose, but pricey...
