      Pros

      Great colleagues and some fun and exciting perks. There so many hoops to jump through to win these perks though and its kind of like that with every process to be honest

      Cons

      The company don't seem to know if they are a sales or service business. Bonus structure is poor. Salary is decent but not for the skill set required for this role.
