* Toxic work environment - a climate of distrust has caused the employees feel the need to keep a paper trail or to have meetings recorded to protect them from unfair retaliation. Engineering meetings turn into personal confrontations rather than tackling the actual problem together.
* Tenure is valued over integrity - the company is often too afraid to lose know-how even when it hurts morale. For example there is well known gender discrimination from product support management and the company would rather avoid the discussion than fire someone with a long tenure.
* Burnout culture - Intense work pace even compared to other similar semiconductor companies. Everything is under constant taskforce status even if it is often artificial urgency.
